The proximity to the train station made our

stay incredibly convenient for day trips around Rome. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helped us plan our sightseeing itinerary. However, the breakfast could have offered more variety, and the WiFi was weak in our room on the third floor.

Internet connection in Room 314 was terrible, forcing me to venture into the lobby for a signal. The absence of a refrigerator in the triple room was a hassle for storing baby food. The lack of sound isolation allowed a noisy kids group to disrupt the peace. Lastly, the hotel cleanliness left much to be desired, particularly in the room and hallways.

The location was perfect, close to the tram stop and easy to reach from the airport. My room was clean and comfy, and I loved the good Wi-Fi availability. Definitely would stay here again.

I appreciated the clean and comfortable double room, which made my stay pleasant. The breakfast selection was impressive, especially the variety of pastries and the excellent coffee. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, making me feel very welcome during my visit. Additionally, the quiet interior view provided a peaceful atmosphere, allowing for restful nights.

The room was tiny but fine for our needs for a one-night stay. The air conditioning didn't work, making it uncomfortably warm. However, it was clean and had two windows that let in a lot of natural light. Plus, the towel warmer was a nice touch. The paper-thin walls were a bit annoying since we could hear neighbors' conversations, but we were too tired from the day to care much. Overall, decent for the price, just needs some fixes.

Villa Rosa boasts a fantastic location, just a 5-8 minute walk to the Roma Trastevere Train Station and close to numerous bus stands, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Rome's major attractions. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist. Additionally, the breakfast selection was surprisingly impressive, featuring a variety of pastries and great coffee.
